Terms of Use

These Terms of Use regulate access to and use of the client portal clients.kaplia.pro (hereinafter — the Portal), owned by Private Entrepreneur Vitalii Kaplia.

(Ukraine, 08520, Kyiv region, Borova, Sosiury St., 2).

By using the Portal, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Portal

1.1. The Portal is created to simplify interaction between Private Entrepreneur Vitalii Kaplia (hereinafter — the Service Provider) and his clients.

The Portal provides the ability to:

  • view information about connected services: websites, domains, and mailboxes;

  • view the account expiration date and receive reminders about renewal;

  • download website backups, database copies, and working GitHub repository archives;

  • renew services through integrated payment systems;

  • send support requests;

  • complete the brief for ordering a new website;

  • access related services (Planka, mailboxes, etc.).

1.2. The Portal is not a public service. Access is granted only to authorized users.

1.3. A User may view the history of successful payments made through the Portal in their profile. The information is displayed as a list of transactions with the date, amount, and type of service.

1.4. In the “My Services” section, each connected website may display a button linking to its administrative panel.

The Portal automatically determines the type of website and, in the case of WordPress, displays the correct admin-panel URL (including modified or hidden paths used for security).

If the site is not a WordPress project or the admin-panel URL cannot be determined, the button is not displayed.

1.5. The Portal is an abstract interface layer for managing services. Deleting an account on the Portal does not delete the user’s actual hosting resources (websites, domains, mailboxes, backups), as these are stored and managed outside the Portal.

2. Registration and Access

2.1. Registration occurs automatically during the first authorization on the Portal.

2.2. Access is possible through:

  • email-based authorization,

  • Google OAuth authorization,

  • Google One Tap (if supported by the browser).

2.3. Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA protection is used during login.

2.4. The User agrees to:

  • provide accurate contact data;

  • not share access with third parties;

  • ensure the security of their login credentials.

2.5. The Service Provider may suspend or restrict access in case of:

  • suspicious activity;

  • violation of these Terms;

  • security threats to the Portal or user resources.

3. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • use the Portal solely to access their own resources;

  • not interfere with the Portal’s functionality or perform unauthorized actions;

  • not attempt to access resources of other users;

  • maintain confidentiality of information obtained through the Portal, including files, backups, and repositories.

4. File, Backup, and Repository Downloads

4.1. The Portal allows downloading:

  • working website archives;

  • working copies of databases;

  • working GitHub repository archives without commit history.

4.2. Downloaded files may contain internal technical data of the Service Provider, including:

  • configuration files, service keys, ACF and WPML licence data provided to clients hosted by the Service Provider.

4.3. The User agrees not to share such data with third parties and not to use it outside their own project.

4.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for any consequences arising from improper use of downloaded materials by the User.

4.5. Viewing and downloading attached files and private links.

Personal files or internal links provided by the Contractor within the scope of cooperation (documentation, additional materials, instructions, logins and passwords, working files, etc.) can be attached to the account.

Access rights:

  • users with access to the account can view or download such files;

  • access is only possible after logging in to the portal;

  • other users of the portal, who do not have access to this account, cannot view or download these materials.

The user undertakes not to transfer such files to third parties without the permission of the Contractor.

5. Payments and Service Renewal

5.1. Payment for services is processed through:

  • LiqPay

  • PDF invoice (payment via banking institutions)

5.2. For online payments, transaction processing is carried out exclusively on the side of the LiqPay payment service. The Portal does not store full payment card details and receives only technical data required to record the payment fact.

5.3. After a successful online payment, the account status is updated automatically.

5.4. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the payment details entered during online payment.

5.5. In case of an unsuccessful online transaction, the user receives a corresponding notification by email.

5.6. Cost of services:

5.6.1. Tariff “Basic” – 2500 UAH / year. Suitable for small sites, landing pages and business cards.

5.6.2. Tariff “Professional” – 3500 UAH / year. Optimal for business sites, corporate pages, sites with moderate traffic.

5.6.3. Tariff “Premium” – 5000 UAH / year. Suitable for multi-page sites, catalogs and resources with increased load.

All tariffs include:

  • site hosting on the server (Hosting Ukraine, location – Germany);
  • backup copies;
  • access via the clients.kaplia.pro portal;
  • protection against attacks, infrastructure updates;
  • technical monitoring and support.

5.7. Domain prices:

The cost of domains is generated automatically and depends on the tariffs of the registrar “Hosting Ukraine”. List of prices for popular domain zones:

5.8. Payment via PDF invoice

The user may choose the payment method via PDF invoice generation.

In this case, the Portal automatically generates an invoice according to the selected client type (individual, sole proprietor, or legal entity) and sends it to the contact email address specified in the account settings.

Invoice payment is made by the user independently via banking institutions. The account status is updated after the actual receipt of funds.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refunds are only possible in cases where the service has not yet been provided. If the account service (hosting, domain) has already been activated, a refund is not possible.

6.2. Refunds are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that:

6.2.1. the service has not yet been activated;

6.2.2. site setup or technical support has not been started;

6.2.3. the domain is not registered (refunds are not possible for domains according to the registrar’s rules).

6.3. To refund funds, the client must submit a request to the support service via the portal.

The request is considered within 1–2 business days.

6.4. Refunds are made to the same card/account from which the payment was made.

6.5. In cases of a technical error during payment and possible repeated debiting or incorrect processing of the payment, the executor undertakes to resolve the situation and return the excess funds.

7. Content, Data, and Confidentiality

7.1. All data within the account (websites, backups, mailboxes, payment history, support requests) is confidential.

7.2. The User may update their email, name, and phone number in the profile settings.

7.3. Deleting an account removes data only within the Portal.

7.4. Personal data processing is carried out according to the Privacy Policy available in the Portal footer.

8. Technical Support

8.1. Support requests can be submitted through the built-in support form.

8.2. Support is provided only to authorized users.

8.3. Requests containing inappropriate content, spam, or threats may be ignored.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • interruptions in the hosting provider’s servers;

  • disruptions in LiqPay, Google, Cloudflare, or other external services;

  • loss of access due to User actions;

  • issues caused by external factors (viruses, malware, actions of third parties).

9.2. The Portal ensures a high level of security but cannot guarantee absolute protection from external threats.

10. Prohibited Actions

It is prohibited to:

  • use the Portal for activities unrelated to the User’s own resources;

  • bypass security systems;

  • perform mass automated requests;

  • reverse-engineer the Portal or its components;

  • exploit bugs or errors for personal gain.

11. Online Support Chat

The user can contact support through the chat widget.

The chat is available only to authorized users.

The user acknowledges that the Contractor can see the fact of their online presence on the Portal.

It is forbidden to place the following in the chat:

  • aggressive messages, obscene language;

  • spam, advertising materials;

  • data unrelated to service provision.

12. Invitation System (invites)

The user can access the account through a personal invite link.

After following the link and authorization, access is granted automatically.

The user agrees that:

  • the invite is a personal access and should not be transferred to third parties without their consent;

  • if the invite is shared with others, access to the account will be granted to everyone who follows the link and authorizes;

  • the account holder is responsible for the consequences of such sharing;

  • the invite can be deactivated by the Contractor at any time.

13. Changes to the Terms of Use

11.1. The Service Provider may update these Terms without prior notice.

11.2. The current version is always available at clients.kaplia.pro/en/terms-of-use.
